Please plan to attend the Nelson Farm Homeowners Association Annual Meeting of the Members to be held on Monday, February 22, 2021. This year, due to the uncertainty related to COVID19, the meeting will be held virtually. Owners are asked to log in by 6:15 pm for roll-call, so the meeting can begin promptly at 6:30 pm.
This meeting is being called and held pursuant to the governing documents of the association. The purpose of the Annual Meeting of the Members is to elect the Board of Directors for the coming year, to ratify the proposed annual budget, and to review and report on the activities and financial condition of the association.
