Access & Use
Pool & tennis court access is limited to Nelson Farm HOA members ONLY. Access is controlled by a locked, key-coded gate. HOA management provides gate codes and notices of code changes to HOA members via official communication methods. DO NOT share gate codes. Be familiar with pool use and tennis lessons policies.

Pool Management
Splash Pool Services (970-672-8778) provides pool management during the operating season (late May through mid-September). This includes lifeguards and standard pool maintenance.
Pool Reservations
Nelson Farm HOA members may reserve the pool for private use. Private reservations are limited to allow all HOA members to enjoy the pool. Contact Splash Pool Services for reservations. Private pool reservations appear on the HOA Calendar.
